• Your name and phone number, when you contact us by WhatsApp or by phone.
• The pickup and delivery address you give us, so we can collect and return your laundry.
• Billing details (tax ID, business name, fiscal address) only when you request an invoice.
• Technical browsing data from this website: pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

We do not ask for or store payment card numbers, bank details, or official identification documents.

3. Why we use it

• To schedule, collect, wash, and deliver your laundry order.
• To contact you about the status of your order.
• To issue an invoice when you ask for one, as required by Mexican tax law.
• To understand how the website is used and improve our service and advertising.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Analytics and advertising services

This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity. These services place cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising. The data they receive is technical and does not include your name, phone number, or address.
