Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern the laundry service provided by Lavandería Puerto Clean, located at Calle Abasolo 204, Colonia Aeropuerto, Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. By requesting our service you accept these terms.

2. Our service

We wash, dry, and fold clothing and household linens, charged by weight. We offer standard wash, heavy-duty wash, and same-day express service, with free pickup and delivery within our published coverage area.

3. Prices and minimum order

• Prices are quoted per kilogram and shown on our website.
• Weight is determined on our scale at the time we receive the order.
• A minimum order applies for free pickup and delivery, as published on the site.
• Express service carries an additional charge.
• Prices may change; the price in effect is the one quoted when you place your order.

4. Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery times are agreed by WhatsApp or phone and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or volume. Someone must be available at the agreed address to hand over and receive the order.

5. Garment care and liability

We handle every order with care and standard professional practice. Please tell us in advance about delicate items, garments that may bleed color, or anything requiring special handling.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing wear, defects, or prior stains.
• Garments without a care label, or whose label instructions conflict with what the fabric can withstand.
• Items left in pockets, including money, jewelry, keys, or electronics.
• Color transfer between garments delivered mixed by the customer.

If we cause damage to or loss of a garment, our liability is limited to a maximum of ten times the cost of washing that item.

6. Claims

Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with the garment available for inspection. We will review each case and respond in good faith.

7. Uncollected orders

Orders that cannot be delivered after three attempts, or that are not collected within 30 calendar days, may be disposed of. We will attempt to contact you before doing so.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent authorities of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca.
